I had electro-theraphy accupuncture session last night and the Osteopath realligned my spine with a good old cracking session too. Felt fucking awesome.

He’s looked really good last couple of games, hopefully continues to improve. He looked well off the pace as little ago as the Norwich game, that goal in that game has really boosted his confidence since.

What I recall is that he got the injury right in front of the Spurs fans who were mocking him even when it was obvious he had a serious injury.
The last part of the rehab will be him scoring all 7 (SEVEN) goals in a 7-0 win at Big Nose Stadium.
I did think he looked laboured when he first came back but he has got better each week since then.

I'd push the nhs to fully diagnose it so see if it needs an op. Strange thing is I felt no pain and heard nothing when I did. Had the op one day and back home the following day after showing I could walk on crutches and hopping up stairs which was hard.

I was in plaster 2 hours after snapping the thing, apparently diagnosed as a partial tear so I didn't have the OP and, in hindsight, I'd have really liked the OP!
Now I have full movement and I'm just about able to get up and down stairs. It's thick and lumpy so I've taken matters into my own hands and I'm going private. I suspect its 50/50 if I'll need the OP now and will be back to square one. I am missing my football so much.

I ruptured mine on October 20 last year. Because I could walk on it I thought I had just damaged my ankle ligaments like I did years ago. So didn't go to a doctor until nearly two weeks later. They diagnosed it and had to operate on it on November 14. As it has withered had to cut part of it away and stitch it together. Two weeks in plaster and then six weeks in a boot and not allowed to put any weight on it at all. I was lucky as has physio early in the New Year and finally that ended in April.
Was told I'd feel it ache after a year when exercising or just going for a long walk and I do.
Good luck with yours as it is an horrendous injury which most people don't seem to realise the length of recovery

BigD thanks for posting that and a testament to Yarmos desire that he put the hard yards in to come back I to the level he has It seems that for the first time in a long time we do have someone in charge of our medical.setup that knows their stuff A long way from Rob Jenkins and his magic sponge. Did we really have that flashed across the old screens at UP

After a few games where he was clearly rusty, he's pretty much looking like our best player now.

And here I am, four months after doing the same...
NHS lost my records, no follow ups without me chasing them and the promise of some 'Physio' which is still yet to materialise.
I tell ye this, it is a horrendous injury and to see him back and playing at this level is a truly tremendous feat.
